Where price sits in the cycle

Three simple moving averages: 20, 50 and 200 day: plus their stacking order tell the engine whether a name is in an uptrend worth joining or a downtrend to avoid.

Whether the move has fuel

MACD measures the turn in trend strength; RSI 14 keeps entries out of overbought air. A cross with RSI still mid-band is the engine's strongest momentum read.

How far the stop must sit
